The Financial Services Unit provides the Criminal Justice Training Commission with professional budgeting, accounting, and purchasing services. This unit is responsible for daily accounting and purchasing operations. This unit also ensures that the Criminal Justice Training Commission is in compliance with both state and federal rules, policies, and regulations. The Financial Services Unit is comprised of four functional areas. These are Budget, Accounting, Payroll, and Purchasing.
Budget is responsible for the preparation of the Operating and Capital budgets, Allotment preparation, Fiscal Notes, and analysis of financial information.
